I used Royal Air because they are contracted by my home warranty company. My blower fan was replaced in no time and Paul and Aaron are so professional and pleasant! Everything was explained to me about the problem and then the installation of the new equipment and Paul checked my levels in both my units. Great doing business with these guys! Will use again even if I don’t have the home warranty!

Very happy with Royal Air. I had the misfortune of three completely different aspects of my system malfunction within a week. Each time, the technicians were able to quickly diagnose the problem and made it their mission to repair the problems effectively and efficiently. Brandon, one of the senior technicians, was especially courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He made room in his busy schedule to make sure we had our problems resolved as soon as possible. It meant so much my wife and I to be able to get back to normal comfortable living in our house. Vincent, another technician, was very friendly. Thank you, Royal Air.

Oh buddy! What a morning!
Oh buddy! What a morning! After catching another person sabotaging our unit, we were forced to call anoter company. That’s when Gabe Ponce, with Royal Air, came to the rescue! Not only did have show me everything he did in front of me, but he explained it in language I could understand. He filled the freon and optimized our unit. Now the a/c blows ice cold and the efficiency has gone through the roof. I anticipate seeing substail savings on the energy bill! Thank you Gabe and Royal Air Houston!! 10 out of 10 stars all the way and they have a spot on the fridge now!!

I am very impressed with Royal Air and specifically Mike Garza and Ed. Mike called me in advance and alerted me to his arrival time. He and Ed were on time and very professional. They performed the maintenance on both units, completely answered my questions, made some recommendations for additional safety and life of the system, and provided me with a clear summary of the work they performed. I will gladly use Royal A/C again and will request Mike and Ed for any additional work I need.

David Soloya was the technician that to my home to fix my AC. David was very knowledgeable of the issue that was occurring with my system. He fixed the problem quickly. If you need any work done in your home I recommend David as your technician.

Knowing that we were his last call of the day, he didn’t try to rush through the work or leave the house without making sure our system was up and running. He even made sure that all the other parts were good so we wouldn’t have any future issues. Gabe and Simon make an
Gabe and Simon make an excellent, experienced, qualified team. Gabe diagnosed the a/c condensation leak immediately and fixed system #1 within 15 minutes. He diagnosed system #2 as low on Freon and added some. Both systems are working perfectly now. A pleasure to have highly trained technicians addressing my problem. Would recommend them highly.

We came home from a week of vacation to find our AC went out. I immediately submitted a service request through AHS and within 5 minutes I received a phone call from Claudia. She had my appointment set up in no time and for the very next day. As promised Travis was at my home as scheduled. I was so amazed when Travis discovered the problem and had the part in his truck, it was fixed that very day.
My family coming home from vacation to no AC in Houston was rough but thanks to the superior service by Claudia and Travis was smooth sailing.

What a difference a day
What a difference a day makes! The team that finally made it to our house on Friday neglected to seal up the freon when they left so by Sunday morning the AC was blowing hot air. We called Sunday morning and were so grateful when they squeezed us into the schedule. Javon came out and took care of it and the house is finally cool again. It was a nice way to end this frustrating episode and Javon gave us excellent service. So grateful for the turnaround and for working with us to make things right!
My A/C went out and I call my home warranty. Royal air came out on a holiday and fix it at no extra cost. They came 5 Hrs before the time they said. The technician Javon was very professional knowledgeable. I will recommend this company to anyone.
